We bake every bb donut order as we receive them! We ship as frequently as possible, but we only ship orders Monday-Thursday to ensure best quality upon arrival and to prevent your package from being delayed over the weekend.
We ship via UPS Priority as “Perishable” and “Fragile” goods.
***We do our absolute best to package the donuts safely and securely, but some courier handlers just don't give the love and attention to our boxes as we do. Please keep in mind, we do not guarantee that donuts will look the same by the time they reach their destination simply due to the nature of sending a baked item through a national courier. ***
P.S. Please be kind. The whole world is experiencing increased delays and delivery issues with every courier since the pandemic. They have been working with reduced staff and increased delivery demands and our job is to be compassionate and patient with them! We cannot control what happens to the donuts after they leave our facility. If you have a delivery issue, please reach out to UPS FIRST, to see if there is a delay or a misdelivery. We only use ingredients you can actually spell and recognize, which means no funky fillers or preservatives to keep them fresh past their natural life. We bake every bb donut order as we receive them, allow them to cool and then freeze your donuts the night before we ship them the next morning. This is why we ship your donuts frozen directly from fresh, and keep them in coolers on ice the whole time they are in transit.
When your donuts arrive, please relocate them to a fridge or freezer immediately!
Our donuts have an ambient shelf life of 1 day if left unrefrigerated.
If you are not planning to eat all of your healthy holes right away, we highly recommend storing them in an *air tight* container in the fridge for up to 7 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
